Photoshop Gurus - Help Please
Something weird happened to my fonts.
I've been using Comic Sans MS to put captions on pictures for quite some time. Today I opened up photoshop 7, and got a message about default color settings (I guess the old settings disappeared for some reason?) Anyways, now when I use this font it is much wider than it should be. I checked the font file in Windows and it looks right in there, but when typing it in photoshop (or in fireworks) it comes out much wider and fatter and it's screwing up the look of my whole page. Anyone know how I can get the font back the way it was? Thanks |
Check your font attributes. Select your font tool and hit control+T, it will bring up your attribute window. In there you can change the kerning, spacing, size, etc.
Oh, and I almost didn't type this because you said you used Comic Sans. That is one of the worst fonts ever created and I hate it with a passion. The two fonts I would kill if they were actual human beings are Comic Sans and Papyrus...god I hate those two fucking fonts!!!! Good luck, hit me up on ICQ if you need anymore help. It's in my sig. :thumbsup |

1. Select the type tool (the T on the tool bar or just hit T on your keyboard) 2. Type something in Comic Sans and hit control+T 3. An attribute window will pop up. If not, go to Window > Character and it will appear 4. Change the font attributes |
n/m I got it.
Thanks for the help |
