What hosts offer this... besides dreamhost ( I really like dreamhosts web panel and the one click wordpress installs etc...)

they doesn`t have one click wordpress install but they will install it for you free as they installed for me
I have this host for my blogs and I can say it is the cheapest (less than $3 per month), best support and was never down.
Personally I don`t wish more from a host :)
