I just installed this 2 days ago and it's actually really cool. I only have it on my age warning page right now, I'm trying to decide whether to scrap it.

What I found out is that my bounce rate was really high on that page only from a particular referrer. I have a feeling that now that I have deleted that referrer, my bounce rate will drop and my average time on the site will increase. Will find out tomorrow when I log into google analytics.

Warning though: sign up with a spam-safe e-mail address. After signing up for the free program at clicktale, they sent 4 spam e-mails to the (previously clean) address.

ok, but does this program show you the video of your visitor's visit?

yes, and subsequent visits, but I haven't tried it on more than one page, so I don't know if it carries through links.

Yeah i i've used clickheat and it also rocks hardcore

Its really useful if you have one page that needs fixing... like a sign up page, and want data on what your visitors are actually doing when they hit that page.

Oh and I signed up in their beta program, but I never got spam. Sad to hear that's changed.
