Oh you don't know Tom he's a great guy. Besides, you can't imagine how irritating it is when people waste your time, don't follow instructions, and then get really irritated with you when really it's their fault to begin with.

Bad example... but like this week I got a wire transfer with no real identifying information. I scoured my A/R for people with similar balances and will now have to start contacting a list of clients that might have actually sent it to me. <sigh>

I don't know what you were submitting, but Pichunter traffic does pretty well. And Tom is a great guy to deal with, he didn't know me from anyone a little over a year ago, and he has always been helpful and more than fair.

BTW Tom, I wish I knew about this before I left Cincy area, I been programming longer than most of these guys been alive LOL.
