BINGO!!!! thats what these New York home owners fail to understand when selling land in the Ghettos, the price it will cost to get that dump fixed and not to mention the banks will have a smile on there face when they see why i'm asking for a Large sum of money, i miss one fucking dime of a payment, and it's the New York Banks Brownstone, now heres the funny tricky part about New York Banks, they'll snatch that fucker away from me, take it for them selfs, finishing fixing it, and sell the fucker for almost 4 times what it's really worth, these dam brownstones are selling in the price range of at least 3 million and up. and i'll be on the sidewalk lookin' from the outside crying my ass off... and still paying the late fee's to the bank :pimp glad you understand :pimp
its a nice investment, lots of New York down towners have already come to harlem and jumped on the wagon, and boy are the blacks really pissed the fuck off about that, they just didn't invest 5 years ago... tuff shit :thumbsup
