Okay, loged into my old account. It was purchased on a Prepaid.. So I cant transfer to anyone or recieve.. blah blah you know the shit, until I verify with a bank account or another card, then my card / epass is fully active..

Is that what everyone was bitching about? Having to verify their account? Or am I missing something?

They implemented severe restrictions on gift accounts from a couple of sponsors - awe and pussycash I believe. People were limited to only being able to receive funds from that particular sponsor until they had verified their account.
