They are not the same company.... This is fact......

They are both indcvidual "subsidutaries" of a private holding group that is majority owned by safeway and other groups. Safeway was up till recently a "silent" partner but at the VIP gathering last month someone "leaked" some info out.

Lucky that the leak was spun so much it became more of a joke than fact. But if you people put the pieces together you can see where im coming from.
