Would a Brooke Shields tribute page be illegal-Think the movie "Pretty Baby"

I'm curious to know what people think would happen, if anything, if someone were to make a Brooke Shields tribute page and have screenshots of her in Pretty Baby (fully nude at about 9 years old I think). I never saw Blue Lagoon. Assuming she gets naked in that too and she's about 14 or 15, again, let's assume you include screenshots of THAT movie too.

Now, when Traci Lords was uncovered, all of her movies were pulled. But, as far as I know, Pretty Baby and the Blue Lagoon are still readily available. So if someone were to create a page like that, would there be any repurcussions? SHOULD there be any repurcussions? If you say yes to either of those, why can you still rent or buy those movies? Shouldn't they be removed too?

What do you think would happen if they tried to do a remake of Pretty Baby today and had some 8 or 9 year old actress get fully naked?

Note-I have no desire to make a page like this whatsoever, just creating discussion. I also understand that Traci Lords was performing hardcore sex acts under the age of 18, but if you haven't seen Pretty Baby, it's set in a whorehouse, and IF I recall correctly (It's been years since I've seen it), she IS in a simulated sex scene, naked, at whatever age she was at the time.

it's art ;)

I'm sure they could find a way to call what Brooke did as artistic license for a legitimate movie, and not straight up porn like what Traci did.

Suprisingly enough, there is a difference between the two in the eyes of the powers that be. Although what the fuck, 9 year old full frontal? That's fucked up.

Is it really that simple? Could be. I dunno.

Define "Art".

Okay, I'm sorry. I should have checked imdb before. Apparently she was 13 when she did Pretty Baby. That's surprising to me. She looked MAYBE 10 years old in that movie.

Fair enough and honestly there IS a huge difference to me. But do you think they could make that movie today? I question whether they could or not.

Big difference between porn and a nude scene....

i'm not able to make up a proper definition for that myself - too many have tried and failed before. but i know that this was an explanation in many court trials before when it came to the point if certain pictures/movies/statues/paintings etc. could be showed in public or not
