In order to use our service, you will need to be incorporated in any of these countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Gibraltar, Czech Republic,Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia,Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

If you need help with the incorporation, we do work with an attorney that can handle it for you. His fee is $1500.00 and typically completes the file within 4-7 business days. Before you pay any fee, we will pre-approve your account to make sure you don't waste your money. If we pre-approve you--the account will be approved 100%.

Once you have the incorporation in place and you complete our application, it takes us about 24-72 hours to issue a new MID.

Merchants have a choice of using our gateway which is included with our merchant account or they can use Netbilling or Jettis as the gateway provider.

Cross sells- We do allow our merchants to offer cross sells

Free Trials- It's your merchant account so you can determine all price points being offered

No Volume Caps- Since we handle all of the underwriting in-house, we do not impose any volume restrictions.

Low Rolling Reserve- 5-10% for six months

Weekly Payouts to start unless you have processing history. Once you process with us for three months, we can look at changing your payout schedule to twice a week and possibly daily.
