How many of you run "adult forums" where people post pictures and how is it not theft
 

Just wondering how programs look at forums where users post pictures and links to galleries. Not full rips but few pictures, fan based type. Is it same shite as theft or most will say its OK?

welll I think that you, as the owner of the forum doesn't have to be responsible for the pics that users upload (you do have to remove them if you are contacted by the actual owners of those pics) ... and the ones that you upload .. if they linked with your ref code then it would be like promoting so I don't see any theft there ...
