Anyone know when google did its last update?
 

Because I was wondering what happent on one of my accounts for a sponsor. And I now saw that I was ranked number 2 of 600.000 sites on a sertain keyword. :)

Anyone know if they updated latley?

you're referring to two separate things.

• google will rank you in the index as it finds changes to your site or more links to your site: CONTINUOUSLY, meaning that when you make the change, as soon as google crawls your page, you will get ranked acordingly
• the google toolbar pagerank (the green bar people use to inaccurately judge a site's value) is updated every 3 months or so, the last one being somewhere around october 24

Haha yeah its me. Well what am I doing these days. Beeing a good dad to my daughter thats moving in on 2 years now. And just running a few typein domains that dont take much work to keep alive but give a nice revenue. :)

there are other factors aside from new content, one of them is the age of the domain. It's a good chance that your site hit the 6 month or 1 year, or whatever age and then became more "trusted" by google.

another is that you received some links to the site... etc.

No I never said I was going to leave. I just kind of retired from working so hard. And moved slowly on to get good domains going. And after 2 years that starting to pay off real good. :)

I put maby 1-2 hours a week into this.

Well justfred lets hope google now trust my domain from now on. Afterall its over 2 years old now so should be no worries there. Lets hope it stays that way now because if it does that one will move in over $1000 profit on it selfe. :)
