Anyways my question: What do I need to be concerned about if I allow this kind of content, or link to these kinds of sites? Why did a bunch of sponsor programs pull their pissing sites about a year back?

A lot of people pulled it on legal "advice" that wasn't very good. The guys to watch are the guys at Sweet. Yeah, I know they are in Canada and not the U.S. but they have been to court quite a few times and are still putting out some pretty extreme pissing and fisting stuff.
At the moment I would put it in the same category as when Larry Walters gave everyone the legal advice that Shemales were "illegal" a few years ago and cost a bunch of people a lot of money.
Of course that was completely false.
Now as far as actually shooting pissing and fisting content...that might get tricky according to where you live. I live in a backwards, redneck shithole and would probably get the electric chair in front of a Baptist church for shooting something like that. But as far as running links to that niche? This is the World Wide Web and I don't think they've figured out YET how to force the whole world into the U.S. govt.'s narrow views.
