Hey Fed Ex!
Here's my phone conversation with Fed Ex just now.... Keep in mind my sense of humor here. I'm pissed, but I'm not about to take it out on some poor Fedex operator. I was pretty much laughing through the entire conversation.
Poor Fedex Operator: Thank you for calling Fedex, how may I help you? Me: I'm trying to find out where my package is. My tracking number is blah blah blah blah blah. Poor Fedex Operator: It's currently in the Rocklin, California, shipping center. Me: Yes, I can see that online. I'm wondering why it's not at my house. This cracked me up.... Poor Fedex Operator: Well there is bad weather all around the country. Me: Not between my house and Ontario, California, where you picked it up. In fact, I was wondering why in the past twenty-four hours you shipped from Ontario, California, to Oakland, California, and then back to Ontario? Poor Fedex Operator: Seems there was foul up in the system sir. It's Christmas and they are a bit busy. Me: Well, you would think that someone in management would have seen that coming 360 days ago. I mean, it's not like it was a surpise or anything. We have Christmas every year. Poor Fedex Operator: Yes sir, I'm sure they knew it was coming. Me: You understand that I could have driven from my house to Ontario, picked it up, drove it to Oakland, back down to Ontario, and then back up to my house quicker than you've been able to deliver it so far, right? Poor Fedex Operator: That might just be the case sir. Me: Will it be delivered in the morning? Poor Fedex Operator: I'm not sure sir. Me: You know that "overnight" means 24 hours, not 72 hours right? Poor Fedex Operator: Yes sir. Me: Oh well, looks like I might be screwed then. Well, Merry Christmas to you anyhow. Poor Fedex Operator: Merry Christmas sir. |

I had the same shit with them last year... I think I got a graphics somewhere...
http://www.2teens.net/images/gfy-proof.jpg I live only 8 city blocks from where the package was being shipped from. Their ONT hub is only 2 city blocks from that location. For some fucking reason they sent my package to LAX and then to somewhere in downtown LA and then to another LA hub and then to ONT and then to my home. Something that should have taken hours, took days! |
You are not the only one today. I had to deal with them. They had the wrong address, well more like an incomplete address on the package. That wasn't their fault, it was Apples for screwing up the shipping label. But it took me almost 2 hours to get through to them to make arrangements for me to go pick it up once I realized what had happened.
A friend of mine ordered some shirts for his daughter for christmas. They should have arrived yesterday. Today he calls them and finds out the shirts were shipped from Canada, down to LA (not seattle which is about 800 miles closer) they randomly got selected by customs. When customs opens the they contact fed ex who then calls my friend back and says that customs wants to know what the shirts were made out of and where they were made. My friend says he has no idea, he didn't make them. Look on the label. So not these contraband Canadian T-shirts are held up at customs and who knows when they will be released. |
Did they have references to pot or hemp??

I love how all the carriers have a "guaranteed" service
but not one of them specifies what this "guarantee" even is They don't say money back or anything... Shit, If I ordered a overnite service guaranteed, if you screwed up, I'd think I would be in line for a jackpot payoff... they do not even go out of their way to say "Sorry!". They just deliver it as nothing happened, and when you call they just act stupid like above guy did... That's where you sue em for negligence, you called, tried to get a problem straightened out, and all they want you to do is bitch at trained bitchatakers. and go to next call, hell if they even try to reroute a blooper so they can possible get it back in a reasonable time. Since they have a remarkable system that can track every 100 feet that packaged moved... and dont do nothing about it.... someone needs to get greedy Cuz what happens is this... you ship it overnite, it gets sent to wrong location that package gets stuck for 5 days sometimes.... Ok you screwed up the first day, give me money back, but now 4 more days once its already screwed, you didnt go track down that truck and reroute "YOUR" misake??? I'd sue for $XXXXX |
