http://www.houseoffusion.com/users/images/fat_guy.jpg The user has declined your request to add him/her to your Contact List. The following reason was given: I'm not in the mood to bullshit right now. Thanks anyway. |
Let's see:
1.He posted hundreds of webmasters credit cards and personal info on his blog 2.By contacting several big publications about the NATS issue he is indirectly effecting all our earnings 3. He sued a pizza place for printing 5 digits of his credit card on a recipt 4. His parents say he has mental conditions 5. he is 350lbs 6. He has just turned gay. |

1: he claims he only posted a link to them. I can see a difference there. 2: oh comon... like the jerking surfer is going to let this stop bs him from signing up? Nothing changed/changes/will change, you'll just have to keep making the surfer horny enough and once they are horny they forget this insider bullshit. 3: I think it's a lame thing also but he has the right to use the legalsystems in place as he seems fitted. 4. So? 5. attacking people on physical appearance is never a sign of strength 6. So? As long as you are sure og your sexuality you have nothing to fear. Do i think he is takig the TMM/NATS issue to far? absolutely, but -again- it is his right. If you believe it's not his right there is a legalsystem in place to try and stop him. |
basically he tried to drum up traffic to his shitty blog and it didnt work.

Here we go again....

Keith Kimmel on the Unabomber - "Theodore Kaczynski was an intelligent person who saw some things about society that most of us choose to ignore. Ted understands a lot of the problems with technology, including the manner in which it is always eventually converted to evil purposes. An example of this would be wiretaps. Once used to protect Americans from organized crime and only in extraordinary circumstances, they are now used routinely and with little to no oversight through the FISA court. At the risk of sounding like a lunatic, I support Ted's actions and his message to the extent that some people just aren't going to listen to the message he had to give at a roundtable discussion because they are too damn hard headed. Its unfortunate that people had to die so that his message could be heard, but I think in the end it was a worthwhile cost to society." How long until Keith decides it's "worthwhile" to kill innocent people so "his message [can] be heard"? :helpme |
I have a better list...
1. He's a douchebag. 2. He has antagonized 95% of the GFY community 3. He is only looking out for himself and seeking to make a name of himself by finding anything wrong with imperfect systems. All systems are imperfect, by the way. He then uses blogs and press releases to scare the public into thinking he is protecting them with his "the sky is falling" tactics. Remember... any system with human intervention necessary is liable to be defeated using a variety of means including hacking, spyware exploits, and especially social engineering. |
Check this thread out out.. some of you may have missed it.

Jeremy's Prophecy Dot Com Kimmel, Keith K-12 | Pleasant Corner Bookstore's Favorites | mystery | historical | Historical Fiction Jeremy Jacobs, mid-twenties, attempts suicide. Hearing the news, his friends, Sam, Amy and Alex feel impelled to help. They visit Jeremy in the Psych ward of St. Victor's Hospital and find him psychotic. He preaches prophecy in a grandiose, apocalyptic style. Jeremy's Prophecy Dot Com retells the story, in historical fiction format, of a cultural phenomenon that took place in Portland, Oregon in 1999. The author, Keith Kimmel, met Sam Phillips during a protest demanding the release of Jeremy Jacobs from the mental institution where he resided. At Jeremy's request, Sam and his friends designed a website for Jeremy. The website, www.JeremysProphecy.com, contains Jeremy's insightful philosophies and a forum for those who suffer from similar problems. In 1999, a greedy capitalist stumbled upon the website and exploited Jeremy for financial gain. After that, Jeremy became somewhat of a cult phenomenon. Internet junkies discovered his often explosive message, and attached themselves to his cut-throat, spiritual philosophy. Kimmel documents the tale in a hip voice that speaks to a generation, offering hope and strength to many seeking answers to some of the more difficult questions of time. I wonder if its the same guy. |

I'm not a fan of frivolous lawsuits being filed for profit or gain where no real damage has occured. If thats the game he plays eventually somebody will counterclaim him into submission. I just don't see the point of posting a bunch of inappropriate threads regarding unrelated issues such as whatever a person weighs, race, mental instablity, religion, or anything else it may be. The best thing to do is to just ignore a person like this and if you are dragged into a legal battle the best thing to do is to communicate only by legal papers. |
