We are moving out of Cali.. to Tulsa.. Green pastures, slower lifestyle and of course.. Tornado's..

We've looked at all these house.. hard to decide..

We have property, family, people are nice, and some other investments there.. Plus its nice to have seasons..

South Tulsa like Beverly Hills out here..

Surely number 3 bro... Hella cheap for a house that size! Something like that over here would be at least double the price.

#3 is definitely nice.. voted that, but why the hell do you wanna move to a place where you'll drop over $500k and there are "unpredictable tornados" all over the area.. it's like asking to be shit on..

Still alot of money but $1,000,000 won't even buy you a house half the size of that over here.

after taxes
you'll be at about $900,000

then filling a house that size up with furniture add on another $200,000 :)

$1.1 mil should be enough

then again, if you just put a down payment, and get loan from bank, thats the smartest

also on #3.. their is a nice waterfall feature.. thats also part of the property..
