Hello all,

Im hiring another tgp webmaster!

Im looking for someone who is quite experienced.

Pay is either set wage or percentage.

Must be experienced in the following:

1. Gallery building
2. Traffic trading - must be able to build sites up to over 100k
3. Maintenance - simple html stuff (we have an on board programmer)
3.Must have good webmaster contacts.

Just a small question,

if someone has all these skills, why would he/she do the stuff for you, instead of himself? Unless the pay is really good.

If I already run 100K TGP, I would work for myself honesty. Unless the $$$ is good and work only like 2 hrs a day.

One who can do this would do it for himself, make a ton of money and put you out of business, if you were ever in the game to begin with.
