http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/0...ter/index.html
i think they have had it. |
damn, so that means I have to pay for my software and music?
|
These people still haven't figured it out yet, have they?
They can pass all of the laws they want.... But it's not going to affect anyone outside of the US. |
I can see it now,
Little Johnny 13 of the Mirousal family left his wireless open to the surrounding area.. A drive by copyright infringer looking to score his new music tunes into the familys internet service and leeches 7 New Nickelback songs... A month later the family gets a C&D from the ISP and basically has no clue what the fuck is going on.. They are threatening to sue us? Who the fuck are these people.... Later ISP, then the more angry parents beat the shit out of Little Johnny for downloading copyrighted songs illegally.. Little Johnny is like WTF? I didnt do nothing Mom... BS Johnny, and so Johnny not understanding the world cries out with 2 bullets to mom and pops head. Then drives down to the local ISP and shoots 10 more dead... Morons don't think and ISP owners are morons |
If everyone stopped pirating shit you would find that it costs only $9.95 for most software (anti-virus, etc) and $99.95 for premium shit like Photoshop and $5 for movies (at the theater).
Same would go for people shop lifting at stores. 14% of all merchandise leaving the store is stolen! That is fucking insane! |
