(VIDEO) ADULT INSIGHTS: How do new companies stand out in a saturated market?

Adult Insights Ep 6 Video

It is no secret that it's a competitive space we work in. However, there are constantly new stories of success so we asked how someone can start out in a saturated market?and succeed. Today's answers are provided by Scott from Traffic Dude, HoneLynn from High Def Riches, Jay D from CrazyShit.com, Mike from Verotel and Dirty D from How I Got Rich. And special thanks to Yappo Dollars for their support.

"How can you stand out in a saturated market?"

Scott: "You will need a more refined approach, you will need more capital... I see the glass being half full."
HoneLynn: "Research it and come out with a product that's bigger and better and stronger..."
Jay: "Display something no one else has, or you have to do a better job than what someone else is doing."
Mike: "Focus on what sets you apart from other competitors and run with that."
Dirty D: "We combat (saturation) by shooting new content all the time... porn is about seeing the next piece."

Then we look at some of the best conference moments for the likes of Robert "The Legacy" Warren from Sex Date Cash, Kenny B from IA Cash, Rob Waters from Live Bucks, Shannon "She Devil" Warren from Think Pink Online and Avalanche from Cherry Pimps.

Any other ways to stand out in a saturated market?

Goddamnit Doug, why didn't you ask me? I could have told you first hand experience with a new program.

It's all about the glutes! :)

Hi Doug. You did a great job on this video series and I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of it. :thumbsup

From all the clips I've seen it looks like the industry is definitely Alive & Well with many areas of opportunity for the right type of webmaster.

Thanks for all your hard work and thanks to YappoDollars for their support in making the series possible.

I look forward to seeing you at XBIZ Hollywood :pimp

great work Dough, I could have given some good answers to that. i know first hand that if you pick a niche and you do it right that there is plenty of opportunity out there to survive and that there is lots of room for growth as well.

its true that its much harder for new companies to make it big, but we do have several examples and they all prove 2 things, that making a great product is not enough and you can't depend 100% on affiliate traffic.
