any loss in traffic? I have lost over 700 uniques of daily se traffic directly to their tour on the exact day they fucked up or switched or whatever. The referrering url pages are still fucked as well. Its been what a week? It just seems wierd that since the 15th Ive lost a nice amount of traffic through their stats. Anyone else notice this?

my stats are blank from around that same time. Unified stats shows nothing neither does the wm page. I'll be waiting to see how it works out when its up and running. Probably didn't actually lose anything (or not a major amt) just can't see it for yourself.

They need to fix their shit wtf...

I dont get it. Not a word about whats going on other than the new stats are up, yet they arent reporting correctly, thats for sure.

Another day, another big 0 for my NA stats... how nice...

Hey Guys,

I don't know if you guys haven't been receiving our mailers or not, but here is the situation.

We are still adjusting to our new Executive Stats System. Our programmers are working around the clock to fix the unforeseeable bugs that we encountered during our stats migration.

Fortunately all trials, initials, re-bills and conversions are showing in the new stats system when you search by "month" or "pay period". The stats that are in the new system start on January 15th, 2008 to current. If you need to access your stats prior to January 15th, you can do so by logging in at HERE.

The payouts for the period 1-7-08/1-13-08 going out this Friday, January 25th, will be out on time. We are currently working to ensure that the payout for 1-14-08/1-20-08 due February 1st will go out on time and accurately.

All stats are being tracked and retained, right now the issue that you might be having while viewing stats is solely related to the visibility of stats in your affiliate interface. Our programmers are also working to fix all search parameters for stats including referring URLS.

We are optimistic that all of these issues will be resolved by the end of this week, regardless I will keep everyone posted in our newsletters. Please contact me at [email protected] if I can answer any questions you may have regarding stats or payments.

Please contact any of us if you have any trouble. If you think your stats or especially your BOTTOM LINE are affected I want to hear about it and get it corrected as soon as we can.

How long does it take to fix the bugs?... Hopefully not longer than the end of the week. Right now, our programmers are doing their best to get everything resolved.
