We need input on the best companies offering incorporation, we have looked into this place:

If you are setting up a Nevada corporation you can have a lawyer set it up so that your name is not on record with the state. The lawyer will stand behind a client confidential agreement and about the only way they can get to you is if its the fbi.

What do you refer to when you say "get to you" what do we have to worry about? Itīs a very interesting topic, and im sure many others are think so too, with these new regulations.

Any good lawyer you can recommend?

If you're incorporating in Nevada and not in the state, you will still need someone to answer for you.

This may have changed since the last time I was in Casron City.

anyone know of a company that specializes in setting up Canadian companies with US corporations? and hopefully have some experience in dealing with the tax consequences on both sides...

Since we are from europe the states "Delaware" and "Nevada" doesnīt ring many bells regarding pros and cons between the 2? Does it matter where the LLC is incorporated?

If you do a Nevada LLC, can you open a bank account in another state?

I actually think that if you are a Canadian you can register a Nevada LLC with the same name as your Canadian company, get the cheques forwarded up, and have no USA tax liability as there is no Nevada income tax?

I was thinking the exact same thing Shoplifter (last night while I was lieing in bed, staring at the ceiling, not being able to sleep a wink). But I am wondering how the US federal government would react after a few years with no income, no expenses, and no profit being reported under that corporate tax id?

Maybe im just tired and stupid right now, but what is the relation between the incorporated company in fx nevada and the bankaccount you choose to have? I mean wont the CC processor just keep mailing or wiring the checks as usual? Will all the money earned be filed at the company...`!!?? I need sleep..
It seems to be easy enought to get a company incorporated, but its the tax situation that is the problem, since we operate from europe :(:(
