CCBILL please ATTENTION!
 

Since it takes 2 days for my CCbill representative to reply on my emails I thought I'll post it here.
My ccbill account is 919266
I'm located out of USA. So in order to continue processing with CCBILL I need USA company due to these new VISA regulations.

I did some inquiries about this issue and good news is that I can buy the company based in USA almost immediately
but the bad news is that it takes from 3 weeks to 2 months to register this company in IRS (to get U.S. Based Corporate Tax ID Number or U.S. Social Security Number) and only after it I can have USA bank account.

but it's not possible to have all this information so quickly.
I can have only paragraphs 1), 2) and 5) filled in October.
Paragraph 3) will take from 3 weeks to 2 months to get.
Paragraph 4) will take even longer

so what should I do?
what should people who don't have the US company yet do?
We can't have everything for this form you are sending on October 7, 2002
does this mean We will lose all my hard earned rebills?
Is it possible to have only 1), 2), 5) filled in October and the rest after the registration of a company has completed?

Please advice.

It doesn't take 3wks to 2 months to receive an FEID.
You can call the IRS and give the representative all of the info on your FEID application, and she can give you an FEID # right over the phone.
The biggest delay is the hold time waiting for a rep to answer.

You're fucked anyways if you can't make a trip over to the US to open a bank account in the US for the new corporation you're trying to setup.

I dunno where you are (sounds like Europe), but you will probably have to open a bank account in person, and you will only be able to open an account after you get incorporated and have all your documents to show the bank.

Exactly, it takes me about 10mins. to get one...:)

Nope. I have US bank accounts for both my US company and my Australian company and they have all been set up from Australia.

you can have a registered agent do everything you need here in the US for you. You dont have to come here for anything. And they can get it all done in a few days.

Am pretty sure FlashCash did this some years ago... Because the checks have something on then like USA Rep.. or Agent on them.... Wonder if they were thinking a head by years....:Graucho
