You do not need a ficitious business name if you are using your name... Expample... Jimmy porn...<-- is ok....
Jimmy's Porn Service<-- is not ok...because in implies more than one. I went through this years ago with Bank of America. You will most likly have to talk with the bank branch Mgr. as the tellers do not know this rule...
