Guys... what will happen to sexkey for example ?
A free but not really free avs ?
Or universalpass that 90% of who signup doesn't have a clue that they going to be charged..

Why would something happen to them? So long as they are not violating any cc rules, there's no point to this thread.

Well I think the big question is this -- will VISA require AVS to report info for all domains under the AVS... That's where it seems like it would get silly... Will an AVS be seen as a 3rd party biller? If VISA decided to pull some shit -- it would only be a matter of doing some kind of tricky sub-domain shit or...? To me it all sounds like just a matter of semantics -- otherwise we wold have VISA on GFY and then we would have more death threats from guys like Krome LOL...

That's not the prob, the prob is that alot of avses saying to the visitors you get this id for free, but if he read a few more lines he'll find out that he going to pay 30$/month for it or someting like that, and 90% of the ones who signup doesn't read that lines.
