* ImageMagick libraries for PHP with support for GIF/JPEG/PNG formats

* Support for CHMOD'ing files to 777 (world-writable)
* MySQL database support
* SafeMode turned off
* Open Basedir restrictions turned off
* Register Globals turned on

Also a company that accepts Paypal as a payment method.

and they can be set as an overide in an .htaccess file .

I offer all that on my virtual accounts ... If ImageMagic is not compiled, takes a few minutes to do.

for registry global, just add o .htaccess:

php_flag register_globals on

Then I can hook you up.

Many hosts won't allow you to override their global settings with htaccess.

DWHS is probably the cheapest. There are tons of people who host their virtuals with BadDog, and directfiesta is an American hating troll. Don't bother giving him a dime.
