Sleazydream is now CashQuest Whore
$5,000 check arrived at my charity today, I guess my hat is on the menu for dinner tonight. I'll post pics of me eating it later tonight or tomorrow in a thread that won't disapoint. I'll also take some pics of a few of the riverdale clients for you with a thank you sign.
On behalf of Riverdale Place Homes and myself- Thank you Ken. You're a CLASS ACT. That cash donation will do a LOT of good for many mentally handicaped individuals. If Ken says something will happen, it's already done. Actions speak louder than words. Cashquest, Webquest, Huster, etc have a reputation that cannot be questioned. |
So who signed the check?

money talks and bullshit walks..

It's nice to see you are a man of your word Sleazy....can't wait to see the pic. ;)

That is too cool. Hustler rules. It's awesome to finally see something useful come out of an argument on this board. The $5000 will do a lot of good for the mentally handicapped, and it's a very good cause.
I've been to the Riverdale home, the people there are incredibly friendly and money raised to help run the place is managed by the penny. Literally. I know for a fact Hustler's donation will be stretched further than most people would believe possible. It will make a real difference. Ok, getting back to the frivolous nature most posts to this board revolve around: Does Sleazy have to eat his entire hat, or just a few pieces? |

SleazyDream,
Glad they got the check ok and thanks for the good words! Big thanks to everyone who supported us and continues to support us and our programs. Larry's sig wasn't on that check, because CashQuest picked up the tab on this one. I don't think Larry would appreciate me betting with his money :) Anyway....I thought the thread was entertaining and did have a positive ending. It was a generous suggestion by SleazyDream to send it to a charity in the first place....instead of trying to keep the money for himself. I know that small charities have very limited budgets, so I hope it really helps them out. When we did that charity auction a few years back, we split the proceeds (250k) between two charities.....St. Judes Childrens Hospital and a small charity called "Caring for Babies with AIDS". After all was said and done, I got the feeling that the money given to the smaller charity would be used much more effectively than the St. Judes money.....and it was certainly more appreciated. Can't wait to see the pics SleazyDream!!! :) |
12 Clicks - No need to make up some physical disability. Your mental problems should more than qualify you for charity :)

SleazyDream - If they could make it out to WebQuest, Inc. that would be great. Thanks!
I would think twice before subjecting those fine people at Riverdale to someone in 12clicks condition :) |
