their deals seem too good to be true
seems they kept dropping their prices, while everyone else raised them again, when the dollar dropped so heavily

remember 2 years ago some were starting to offer their cheapest dedicated at $60, came from $75, then the dollar dropped and prices went up again to $90

It's not that difficult to get 6 year old technology for a cheap price; you're probably on the lowest of the low tier of unfiltered cogent via ISDN, too.
