If a webmaster post a decent comment on the subject in your blog, would you approve it if they also did enter a URL to their website in the "Website:"-field?

Let's say that the comment looked something like this: "That brunette got very nice legs, I would love to see her in some sexy stocking."

Something like that comment, would you approve it? :P

I would approve it. Was thinking of maybe trading comments on some blogs. I read somewhere it helps SEO wise if you have some comments, shows there is activity on your blog from different users.

If he used the trackback link

I would probably approve it and reciprocate with a comment on his/her blog and then open up dialogue to do a link trade, trade trackbacks, etc.
