I'm looking for newsletters sent to adult webmasters that have advertising for sale... from back in the day i remember Weboverdrive had this availability, what else is there nowadays?

Good luck.. I think most of the time now you need to be a sponsor of the site or board that sends the webmaster newsletters out.
