What does a custom WP theme cost these days?

I need a zombie themed wordpress theme for a zombie walk blog. Where should I look to get one made? What kind of cost can I expect to incur?

I do customs for $50 if I can resell it after ( I sell upto 10 copies and then pull it off market) or $250 if its exclusive.
