This is what I want and this is what it's going to become.

Why?

Because this is the only natural way to go and it is also the way to
get conversions back thru the roof.


- The sponsor will produce a new paysite every month, but always in the same niche
- Each new site will have all new performers
- Some of their "star" performers can only be "guest stars" in later sites
- Each site will have a grand total of 40 full movies and no updates.
- The site will go online with 10 full movies loaded and previews of the daily updates.
- The surfer password will not expire, but instead be copied into the latest site
- the surfer will be presented with a list of sites they can go to when logged in
- the longer a surfer has been a member, the more sites they have access to
- I will have one link code that is always directed to the latest site
- I will hot link the ads so that the sponsor updates it when the new site comes on line
- The referral program will be revshare recurring with NO TRIAL!!!
- No Popups or exit shit.
- The tour must have video samples of the first 10 movies
- The tour will have thumbs of the next 5 updates with the date posted of the update.
- No hosted galleries. Spend that time and money on making embedable flash ads
- Fuck banners! Make all ads in flash so the text normally with a banner is controled by the sponsor.
- "Funky bad ass" ads that when surfer mouses over a player drops down etc...



Explanation:

Surfers want new shit and new site means new shit to the surfer.
Retention is better than ever because the surfer doesn't just get updates
to the same site. The surfer actually gets a "New Site".

I never have to change my webpages but every month I still advertise a new site!

The hot linked ad is tweaked and perfected by the sponsor as they see the overal conversion
ratio and therefore delivers the most powerful ad.

Mass exposure: since 1000's of webmasters are promoting the site at the same time it creates
that mass exposure that drive sales.
The more a surfer sees an ad the more he is likely to sign up.

Oversaturation will be bullshit because the surfer only have a month of exposure to the site.

So what if a particular site doesn't do well, it still goes into the content pile for more retention and
rebills. And there's always the new site comming in days.


Now I can concentrate totally on my traffic in my niche without trying to find new sites to
sale.



Believe me, someone is going to do it, it might as well be you.
The sponsor who does it will eventually gain the largest market share in it's niche
because webmaster rention will be at an all time high!
