I can say avoid carnival cruise lines.

Then are you more interested in assorted ports or a destination style cruise with more boat time?

dready 02-10-2008 09:14 PM

Wait till you're 70.

How about "Tom", he's a pretty good Cruise :) I've never been on him though, ha ha ha.

Seriously though, I've been considering taking the wifey on a cruise, maybe someone can give some good info. I think it'd be interesting waking up at a different port every morning.

Ive been on a few they are all fun, i really recommend princess. But i wasnt joking about carnival and what not, you get what you pay for, on those cheaper cruises there will be more hicks

Amen to that!

I'm also a fan of Princess and the Western Caribbean. Alaska was beautiful but I was bored a lot because it was too cold to spend much time on the decks. You are pretty much trapped inside until you hit a port.

Carnival sucks....PERIOD. Oddly enough, they own Princess. :eyecrazy

My favorite so far is the Western Caribbean. I want to do the Greek Isles too someday.

Ive been on 3 different cruise lines and Royal Carribean is, hands down, the best one.

Avoid Carnival and Norwegian

xxweekxx 02-11-2008 12:55 AM

CDSmith 02-11-2008 01:07 AM

This is an awesome cruise, I've talked with several people who have taken it...

Drink, eat, swim, gamble, dance, fuck, etc.

Just watch the eating, easy to accidently swallow down way to many calories for most people as the food is great and almost always available non stop.

WWC 02-11-2008 01:11 AM

Alaska or Hawaii or do it right and go on the european one....

xxweekxx 02-11-2008 01:11 AM

too long.. need 7 day cruise

I think 10 day is the shortest they have through the canal.

You'll want to look at their Caribbean cruises then.

CDSmith 02-11-2008 01:36 AM

You said 7 days, not 107 days, right? :1orglaugh
