Are there any other good/reliable billing companies out there besides CCBill?

Just wanted to know if anyone here knew of or had any good experience with other online billing companies that aren't CCBill. I like CCBill, but they seem to have a lot of denials of what should normally be good customers. We've even had customers who have signed up in the past with us who have tried to sign up again and gotten denied for no apparent reason.

Just wondering if anyone out there has any ideas for secondary billing options.

Thanks in advance. :)

Well lets start off with Epoch. There are a lot of other ones you can try as well. There is Epoch, there is always Epoch, and the last company is Epoch. Catching the drift?

Hi Vandee,
Epoch is good and there are a few newer ones out there just on the horizon. Hit me up on email and I can tell you about a lot of the newer ones.

Rand from Epoch is a good guy, but he's too nice. You need somenone meaner and uglier.

That was my way recommending Rand without him getting all mooshy on me.

Try global acces for voice and sms billing, we have worldwide coverage, you can also use it as a secondary biller for your denials, we pay weekly.

Most denials are for good reason. Do you use CCbill for your affiliate management? Do you have affiliates? If you are then look at CCbill's new cascading option. If you are using something like nats or mpa3 for affiliate management you will have lots of processor options, though remember the vast majority of CC processors require $750 start up and $350 per year renewal, same as CCBill. Find one reputable, quite a few have gone out of business over the years and taken all the funds.

Besides that, processing options get better depending on your gross sales volume.

VanDee - if you're looking at direct merchant accounts using European banks get in touch. We're fully integrated with NATS
