I'm sure you would not be doing business with/distributing Brazzers DVDs if you knew they were advertising on sites that use YOUR STOLEN CONTENT.

Feel free to ask them about it, and if they use the line "we can't control what our affiliates do" or some such crap, don't believe them. They are the ones putting the banner up there. They do the same thing on pornhub.com. I'll look over there as well and see what I find.

AND, if you didn't know, they own pornhub.com as well.

we can make as many threads about this as we want but unless REAL legal action is taken nothing will be done to stop this...

brazzers doesn't give a shit if 1, 2 or 15 webmasters stop promoting them... the sales they lose from those 1, 2 or 15 webmasters will be made up by all the ads they are taking out on the very high traffic content stealing sites... not to mention the fact that 90% of their webmasters won't even care about this because brazzers will continue to make them money...

as i said earlier, without real legal action this shit will never end... hopefully jules, braincash and whoever else needs to get involved gets something done...

It's seems brazzers is the program of choice for piracy forums, media upload joints, and tube sites. They are the only one I ever see pop up as a paysite type program supporting these type of operations.

adapt to people stealing your content? how do you do that... stop producing your own content and start stealing other people's content?

Adapt is fine and makes logical sense when it is a level playing field, it's not the answer when the other parties are doing something illegal.

Yeah, lol, I had the same idea. We just had to spend time getting all of our shit off Redtube and that was giving Brazzers a nice few extra page views on our stolen content.

True and false. Yes there's an adaptation part on sponsors's side..and I think it's hapenning. So, you might collaborate andlimit the damages, and to a crtainpôint, even benefit this type of traffic..

But this still doesnt make it all right to steal COMPLETE scenes (with no permission) and just give it away.

Apparently some of the sponsors either dont care to do anything about it or they chalk it up to the cost of doing business. Curious to see if they still feel this way when stuff like this is driving them out of business. It's only going to get worse for them if they continue to do nothing, thats a fact.

The "people" who uploaded the copyrighted videos to redtube broke the law. I am sure some of them are in the US. File a lawsuit against the " people" who did it. Those people are not protected by the " loop hole" that the site owners hide behind. Two things will happen.

1. It will be found out the site owner was the " people" uploading the videos then he will be fucked.
2. If they are real people, file charges against the people who uploaded the content. Get all the other sponsors who want to do something to hit the same site as well. If you keep going after redtube's users, their users will go somewhere else. It will run the site out of business or force them to police their own content.

The music industry sued people who were downloading stolen content and won, all you would need to do is sue the person who stole it and uploaded it to the site. I would feel no sympothy for people who steal and then upload to tube sites to share with other people. Sue them fuckers for lost income.

stop making so much sense. this is the adult bidness, people are only as serious as their next big party or xbox promotion. when people cant throw parties and buy drinks for people the shit is really gonna hit the fan.
