Its a crime to lie to congress if you are an athlete. I think politicians are allowed to though.

Tom_PM 02-14-2008 02:27 PM

LOL, that MacNamee jerkoff has already admitted lying over and over again. If it was a court, it would already have been tossed out.

I dont care about baseball, or Clemens. Except for the fact that allegations have tainted his reputation which should never be allowed to happen in media. Nobody deserves to be "media'ed" like that.

But still, to take the word when it's convenient of someone who has lied to congress already and admitted it, is worse than the lying itself. Irresponsible, and how fucked up is it that Republicans believe Clemens, and Democrats believe the liar? F'ing idiots piss me off, sitting there all raised up higher than the lowly commoners seated down before them. Accepting lies when it goes their way, rejecting them when they dont, and wrapping up the whole meeting with specific innuendo's and implications that also do nothing but further destroy Clemens. Who, by the way, *IS* innocent of any allegations as we sit here today. Thats a fact, not opinion. Until a court declares him guilty, he is, as a matter of legal fact: innocent. WHile MacNamee *IS* as a matter of legal fact: guilty of lying to congress! LOL

Fucked up people, and it's BASEBALL. While today the republican congress throws a 2 year old tantrum and walks out rather than follow procedures and just VOTE on whether or not to punish 2 white house staffers for the politically motivated firing of federal prosecutors! Nice priorities we've got here in the good ole US of A. Embarassing.

Fuck Congress!!

They have more important things they should be doing, such as plugging the Southern border.

tony286 02-14-2008 02:46 PM

Doesn't our government have better things to spend our taxes dollars on then this bullshit?

ADL Colin 02-14-2008 02:47 PM

I got my "Free Roger" t-shirt ready.

tiger 02-14-2008 05:07 PM

Who fucking cares! Can't believe our government is wasting time with this bullshit.

TehKinkyHotness 02-14-2008 05:16 PM

Who the fuck cares.

aico 02-14-2008 05:17 PM

I'm glad our congress is wasting time on something that has nothing to go with gov't.

One has to be convicted of a crime to be pardoned and he has not even been charged with a crime...let alone convicted.

No it is not. Testosterone and HGH are beneficial drugs that are legally prescribed by doctors to anyone 35 years of age if not younger. Get your facts straight. If they want to wast our dollars talking about drugs that are harmfull why not go after drugs that actually hurt people.

No it's not, but, regardless, that is why we have courts, police, DEA, etc, etc... Congress has no business dealing with this issue and should be spending their time on other things that they were hired for.

V_RocKs 02-15-2008 12:46 AM

Who cares about health care dropping the insured that have paid $800 for health insurance for their family for 18 years for a total of $172,800 and then when dad needs a bypass for $50,000 they drop them.... We have guys in baseball doing roids!
