No, actually the deal went through two weeks ago on Wed the 6th.

Try listening a little better, the only thing they said on sportscenter was that Shaq is going to play his first game tomorrow in Phx against the Lakers. The trade went through two weeks ago and you would have had to have been on Mars not to have heard about it until now.
