icq password

I forgot my password of icq 6. It is stored but when I login I only see ****. icq.com/password did not work.
Are there any working programs that can read out the icq database and show me the password?

grab a copy of ethereal, start the program, start icq , stop the program and search fo your pass in the netwerk analyser output..

Thanks for the tip :thumbsup

Three questions:
- Does ethereal work with Vista?
- Is ethereal = Wireshark?
- Does it work with ICQ 6 (flash based)?

Thanks, if all other options fail I will come back to your offer. But I have also the option of using ICQ Password Hasher to change the password in the Owner.mdb file.

Ok nevermind, I changed my password in the Owner.mdb file with an md5 password changer.
