you actually missed an important ingredient, traffic. Mix it with anything, and its money. With dating/adult dating, its good money .. with loans and credit cards its even more money .. and so on :2 cents:

Yeah adsense pays pretty well for dating, when it actually displays targeted ads. Every now and then you see god-awful targeting. No reason why I should see roofing contractor ads on a dating site.

Before building an adult site, or any site for that matter, you might want to learn the difference between adwords and adsense. :2 cents:
