Did it even happen? I don't use eBay much anymore.

I dunno. There's a pretzel that looks likes "The Virgin Mary" with a valid bid over $11,000.

I didn't even know about it. I bought a signed copy of "American Psycho" a few days ago

maybe just some pissed off sellers, apparently eBay is hiking up the seller fees and removing the abiltity to leave neg feedback to non paying buyers. oh and they are gonna start holding "suspicious" tranactions with Paypal for 21 days or something like that.

do they define suspicious at all? If not, sounds like it's time for me to not accept them for payment anymore

Didn't know about it. I usually buy on eBay. Find cheaper things than in shops.

This is all I could find on a whim... it looks like it's mostly ebay related, but the all too familiar term "high-risk" is in there too.
