How many "No's" is considered rape?

Does anyone know what the legalities are in shooting a scene where a woman is saying "No" before and during sex?

I understand she's able to say "No", but only a certain amount of times until it is considered rape. Curious if anyone knows...

Serve her a roofie colada and you won't have to count.

I know that at Tulane University for a number of years, a woman had to say "Yes" 3 times for it to be considered consensual sex.

Otherwise, it was considered rape.

"no" is nothing a good kick in the jaw can't change...

Record it. Have her speak into the mic. :winkwink:

In California at least a single no does it. Even if your pounding away she can change her mind and say no and you must stop.

I also think (not 100% sure) but also that if she is intoxicated it is an automatic no. Some court case if I recall. However I am not sureon that one.

No means NO
Sometimes Yes means No
Yes can mean No at a later date.
Yes can also mean Yes until some one finds out then it was No all along.
No can also mean yes but I may still put you in jail if I choose.

Anyone looking to shoot content like that needs a good kick in the balls. What market would that type of content be catering too?

RyanL 02-27-2008 07:34 AM

Well, I would think No = No
So 1 time :)

DirtyProfits 02-27-2008 07:39 AM

She has to say "no please do not rape me, I do not want to have sexual intercourse with you" ;)

G.A.F 02-27-2008 08:31 AM

For me NO means NO. And STOP means STOP. No matter the context. So, if you want to shoot a scene, I would use another words to make things less complicated.

L-Pink 02-27-2008 08:35 AM

That's why I always use ball-gags.

AssPirate 02-27-2008 08:41 AM

it depends on how she says "NO"...sometimes even if she says that word it means the other way around...:D
