A divorce is not enough for Pamela Anderson to forget about her third marriage.

According to paper courts, she asked for an annulment of her marriage with Rick Salomon, famous from sex tape he co-starred in with Paris Hilton. An annulment means that the marriage never existed.

Anderson filled for annulment on Friday and cited fraud as a reason, this being a common use when it comes to paperwork, the New York Daily News reports.

The two got married on October 6 2007 in Las Vegas during a break between two of her magic shows she was performing. This was the third marriage for the both. She was previously married to rocker Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998, who is the father of her two boys. In 2006 she was also married for 72 days to Kid Rock. Salomon was married to actress Shannen Doherty.

At that time Anderson declared that she is the happiest she?s ever been and that she thinks that are a good for each other.

On December 14 she filed the papers for the divorce, citing ?irreconcilable differences.? A few days later the former ?Baywatch? star called the divorce off.

In January Anderson had to deny rumors of pregnancy with third husband.

The former Playmate also asked the court to keep their income and property separate and not to give spousal support.

On Monday she asked for a retired judge to do the proceedings for the annulment, a frequent practice when it comes to celebrity break ups thus keeping everything private and out of the court.

Grounds for a marriage being voidable or void ab initio vary in different legal jurisdictions, but are typically limited to fraud, bigamy, and mental incompetence including the following:

1. Either spouse was already married to someone else at the time of the marriage in question;
2. Either spouse was too young to be married, or too young without required court or parental consent. (In some cases, such a marriage is still valid if it continues well beyond the younger spouse's reaching marriageable age.)
3. Either spouse was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the marriage;
4. Either spouse was mentally incompetent at the time of the marriage;
5. If the consent to the marriage was based on fraud or force;
6. Either spouse was physically incapable to be married (typically, chronically unable to have sexual intercourse) at the time of the marriage;
7. The marriage is prohibited by law due to the relationship between the parties. This is the "prohibited degree of consanguinity", or blood relationship between the parties. The most common legal relationship is 2nd cousins; the legality of such relationship between 1st cousins varies around the world.
8. Prisoners sentenced to a term of life imprisonment may not marry.
9. Concealment (e.g. one of the parties concealed a drug addiction, prior criminal record or having a sexually transmitted disease)

Everyone knows a real life Pam and Rick. One half of the equation seemingly dating below themselves, while everyone cringes at the scum they have chosen. Common knowledge dictates it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when that train wreck will implode. Case in point.

It's all about getting your name in the spot light without doing jack shit. Celebs are so used to be photographer, they love it so when their jobs die they have to make things popup and get back into the papers.
