Reason I recommend this sector is because there is consistent demand rapidly growing economies such as India and China. These countries have a strong demand for coal, iron ore, grains, and minor bulks, such as phosphate, fertilizers and steel products.

The quantity of ships in the global market to supply these growing economies does not meet the demand so hence prices have risen dramatically that the ships charge per day.
