Need webhosting - seperate i.p.s

Hey there, I am looking for a hosting company that can offer me webhosting with the ability to add different domains on seperate class c i.p.'s on the same account.

I am not looking for an expensive account at the moment, I am on a budget, so email me discussing what can be done.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

In addition to providing multiple IP's on individual C's with individual nameservers for each and every Class C, all virtual plans come with dedicated IP's. That means you do not have to worry about what someone else sharing your IP might be doing.

I just had a look. What I would really be after is the number of class c's you get on the virtual 5c, for the price and specs of HB virutal 1.

At the moment the Virtual 5c is out of my budget for this project.

The HB1 is 2 IP's on one Class C. The 5C is 5 IP's on 5 C's with 5 nameservers. All dedicated IP's.

If we did like other hosts and shared IP's it would not be a problem, but that it not good SEO, so we don't do it.

Hi,

http://www.lotosus.com - only $1.5 per each unique IP.

scottybuzz 03-03-2008 07:12 AM

Ok quick question, what would be the difference say paying 79.99 for baddogs package or paying less than that for a package and paying for 5 dedicated i.p's at 1-2 bucks.

Would the same outcome still happen? Because I feel the sites being new, they are not going to use all of the hosting resources that baddog offers.

I am more interested in the different class c's here.

LOL, noty from what I have heard and read on many boards. It might be time for you to sell your sig to someone else?....just a thought.:2 cents:

Dirty F 03-03-2008 08:00 AM

Pro has some really strange ways of thinking. Like a few days ago he said Rapidshare is no problem to this industry (as a software/video sharing site) because he never uses it and none of his friends know it. Then i tell him its #12 biggest site in the world but still because he and his friends never use it he kept saying we can basically ignore that site.

And exactly the same thing in this thread. Hes lucky enough to have no problems with his server so Webair is the way to go. The fact that there are TONS and i mean TONS of threads that say something else should be ignored. If Pro tells you grass is blue then its blue...

Allow me to answer the question for you.

I highly doubt you are going to find any hosting company that is charging $1-2 for a dedicated IP. They may give you a "unique IP" but being a unique IP does not equal it being a dedicated IP.

You can be sure that if a company is charging $5/mo for a virtual server and then an extra $2 per IP, those IP's are going to be shared among hundreds if not thousands of people. No one can afford to sell dedicated IP's at the rates shown at the link provided by DjiXas

Additionally, just because it is a "unique IP" does not mean it will be on a different C. Most likely isn't.

Another big difference is the number of sites you are allowed to have per server. Ours are unlimited, with unlimited MySQL databases, emails, etc, etc.
