being a verteran and being in the military, i think he's probably relieved of duty at this point while the decipher how they are going to play this media issue.

as for him killing a dog, i dont think the military will care much. it is conduct unbecoming as far as i know in the uniform code of military justice, but when you teach people to kill, then well, there are always chances they may kill something they shouldn't.

i think its terrible what he did btw.

This was far from a stray round or bad decision under stress. This was just an asshole killing/ being cruel for his own grins.

It was not necessary.

when you teach people to have no regard for life and to kill you cross their wires. why do you think people come back from wars fucked up?

there is no excuse for it. a switch is flipped in some peoples head i guess.

he was wrong. but, it does happen.

this little puppies life just ruined his.

I wouldn't want to be in that guys shoes for a million bucks, he's going to have to deal with a huge amount of backlash when he returns to the states.

I'm sure after the internal military investigation it will be shown that the puppy was captured after trying to set-up a roadside IDE. Throwing it off a cliff is more humane than sending it to Guantanamo.

doing what he did was terrible,but to FILM it makes me think he was not the sharpest tool in the box,wouldnt want him watching my back in a war with judgement calls like that :(
