If you make a sale through your site you will get the sales amount %30.
We use a cookie-based tracking system. Payment cookies are not
overwritten until they expire. The members buy credit for private show,
but if he make more sales under the 14 days you'll get commission till
14 days with revshare program
.

So they steal your member after 14 days? What kind of thievery is this?

Iron Fist 03-05-2008 07:18 AM

after that i assume the cookie expires? And then gets written again? unless they signup to the join page after 14 days?

justsexxx 03-05-2008 07:33 AM

When they say they work like this, it's not really stealing right?

pornguy 03-05-2008 07:36 AM

You just dont have to send traffic to them

Mutt 03-05-2008 07:45 AM

this was a huge controversy on here about 2 years ago - yes it sucks - dont send traffic to them, lots of other cam sites out there.

pornguy 03-05-2008 07:47 AM

Sned the traffic to me instead. ICQ me

Great cam program here

tranza 03-05-2008 07:49 AM

They clearly state this pretty much everywhere. I don't understand how that could ever be considered stealing.

:2 cents:

brand0n 03-05-2008 07:49 AM

what cam program?
epiccams?

quantum-x 03-05-2008 07:52 AM

false drama.

teg0 03-05-2008 07:56 AM

If its stated then you agree to it don't you?

respect 03-05-2008 07:56 AM

well it's not really stealing if they say this from the start ...2 weeks cookie indeed sucks but that's what awempire has to offer, try it, if not choose other program.
There are lots of other programs wich offer you real life time revshare .
I doubt they will convert as good as awempire but it really depends on your traffic .

I was going to say..I used Livejasmin on my cam network and did great but HATED the 14 day cookie. Now I completely took them off and use sponsors like gotgauge mentioned and I'm make WAY more and the retention is golden...nuts to to livejasmin and the 14 day cookie.

You're an idiot and should go on a 2 year vow of silence - taking notes from those who can speak and are smarter than you - and at this point, that's going to be just about everyone you hear talking or read what has been written...

1. They aren't "your" members. They are THEIR members. Until they signed up to THEIR website they were nothing more than a surfer and that includes any and all time spent on your site.

2. It's not stealing. They clearly state how they track and pay-out. You either agree to and send traffic under those terms or not - but again, I caution you to stop thinking as you're not very good at it.

If you expect to be paid above and beyond what they state they're willing to pay, then you should be tracking where the surfer came from prior to visiting your site and cut them a check. After all, they sent the surfer to you and by your flawed thought process, you are stealing from your link trades and SE placements.

And before you start trying to apply logic (which we've already established you're not capable of doing), and say that you have no such terms in place to agree to pay a percentage of your earned revenue to anyone sending you traffic.. it doesn't seem to matter.

Terms and Conditions, expressed, implied or otherwise don't seem to apply to you. You operate under the "I Think I'm Owed" clause....

So Pay Up Buster! You probably owe a lot of people by now......

The only crime here is the assumption that all affiliate programs operate in the same fashion. Though not worded correctly, this thread is a good reminder about the policy of Live Jasmin even though they don't seem to be hurting for traffic or sales. Check out my sig, chances are you push at least one of those programs too.

Markul 03-05-2008 10:12 AM

Hmm I didn't know this, better test another one instead of them then... :Oh crap

Thanks for the headsup for those of us not paying enough attention when reading the TOS :thumbsup

I see sexuallyhealed won't be alone is his sabbatical. The two of you can stare at each other in the silence of a logical world. That was a completely bone-headed attempt at making a point - and your pencil lead broke.

The customer doesn't dictate terms and conditions - the business does.

i hate it but it makes me the most money

what can you do.. except come up with a class action law suit that claims they are stealing from us after 14 days?

Aren't they in Hungary or something? Good luck with all that :1orglaugh

It's been said many times, if you don't like it don't promote them. Plenty of options in the cam niche, but don't go thinking all the other companies are saints :2 cents:

genoveze 03-05-2008 11:07 AM

there are tons of sites who pay your revshare for life
