Governor Eliot Spitzer of NY involved in prostitution ring!

Announcement to come soon.

Crazy... he always seemed pretty anti-prostitution.

Tom_PM 03-10-2008 11:16 AM

Just caught that too. What an idiot, makes you wonder who was blackmailing him?

Tanker 03-10-2008 11:17 AM

will be interesting to watch this

teomaxxx 03-10-2008 11:27 AM

from somewhere else and someone else:

"This is what you get when you go after people and can't keep your own dick in your pants." :1orglaugh

uno 03-10-2008 12:18 PM

He didn't provide much more info other than he banged some hookers. I wonder how many hookers he was boinking, how much he spent, and for how long a time frame.

L-Pink 03-10-2008 12:25 PM

Were they Republican or Democratic hookers?

notoldschool 03-10-2008 12:27 PM

Serves him right if his stance has been anti prostitution.

tony286 03-10-2008 12:33 PM

it seems the most against are the most guilty.

MandyBlake 03-10-2008 12:36 PM

the way the news is summarizing it as "breaking news" makes it seem like he was more involved in the ring...when in reality he's just a client.

Tom_PM 03-10-2008 01:04 PM

If what they are saying is true, he is in violation of the Mann act - interstate transportation of prostitutes.

"Time magazine named him "Crusader of the Year" during his two terms as New York attorney general.

Tabloids labeled him "Eliot Ness," after the hero in the crime drama "The Untouchables," because of his reputation for rooting out corruption, busting white-collar criminals and tackling organized crime.

He was also known for prosecuting several prostitution rings.

Spitzer is married and has three daughters."

LOL why oh why

Drake 03-10-2008 01:57 PM

Seems to happen a lot in politics. I think a lot of these guys are so career oriented when they're young so that when they get older, they realize all the poontang they missed out on and try to play catch-up.

uno 03-10-2008 02:00 PM

High level gov't titles are poon-magnets.

cykoe6 03-10-2008 02:23 PM

Never like to see someone go down but Spitzer has railroaded a whole bunch of people and now it is his turn.

GAMEFINEST 03-10-2008 02:23 PM

his fucked ...so sad

JP-pornshooter 03-10-2008 02:25 PM

so he befriended a couple hookers, who cares.. i would be more concerned if he had not..many people in politics and big business use hookers, they dont have time for real relationships.
but being a high profile political person, he should have been more careful.

He prosecuted people running prostitution rings as AG and destroyed a lot of lives on Wall Street.

He's an arrogant piece of shit. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has acted high and mighty his whole career in politics. Glad to see him going down.

DaddyHalbucks 03-10-2008 03:44 PM

I feel badly for his wife and kids.

sumphatpimp 03-10-2008 03:53 PM

he fucked with people and they got him back.
I bet it was a setup just to fuck him over with a little payback.

Vendot 03-10-2008 03:59 PM

Why the big fuss?

I mean he paid the bill, right?

he prosecuted criminals who were running prostitution rings, that was his job and he did good at it..
he prosecuted wall st white collar crime, what is so bad about that ?
i am sure a lot of people are saying, "Great, now he gets his own medicine.." but in reality he did a lot of "good" by putting away those criminals.

camgirlshide 03-10-2008 05:18 PM

$35K/day - couldn't he just put some girls on staff for less

DaddyHalbucks 03-10-2008 06:24 PM

I hope it was a good piece of ass, because it will be costing him dearly.

The Judge 03-10-2008 06:32 PM

ironically, that is one of the more honest politicians out there, i am sure that whoever will replace him will serve big $$$ interests well

Vendot 03-11-2008 05:55 AM

I just heard on the radio that Spitzer was into footjobs! :1orglaugh

Can you imagine if this gets to CNN? it could do wonders for the industry :1orglaugh

He did a lot of good? Somebody else could have done the same job he did and not get involved himself.

One thing that always strikes me in these things where a politician is exposed having, or arranging to have, sex with a person outside their marriage is...

Why does nobody even ask the wife if she knew about it?

For hours yesterday and today, people pontificate about "I feel so bad for his wife..." I'm just saying, the rumour mill say's he was into footjobs. Maybe his wife told him go find a hooker if you want that, because I dont like it. Point is, who the hell knows until they try to find out?

In this day and age, we seem to accept the notion that every married person only has sex when they want a baby, that they get naked in the dark, lay down in bed and pray for guidance on how to achieve this miracle. I mean wtf.

If he was spending $4 grand on a hooker, is that "better" or "worse" than having a mistress who he was secretly in love with? What if his wife knew about it and accepted it, perhaps even told him to leave her fucking feet alone and just pay for it? How can we sit here, knowing that sex is the animal instinct that it is, not the religious or emotional thing that we contrive for it, and pass any sort of moral judgment whatsoever on someone elses sexcapade without even asking the basics?

Someone on tv today said "He's ruined his childrens whole world forever". REALLY!!!???? Were they living in Fantasyland USA where reality has no place and gumdrops and lollipops grow from trees? Give me a break.

I'm not talking about legalities, just the moralities in play here can be baffling sometimes. We presume a lot and dont even explore why we presume it.

I love how psychologists dissect what happened. On CNN a psychologist was like "he did it because he wanted to be caught because of the inner guilt he felt about his hyprocritical life."

No, it's because he wanted poon and was sloppy about going to get it or thought he was above reproach. End of story.

We really do live in the Oprah generation, sadly.

Sources told CBS 2 that Republicans were literally popping open bottles of champagne in a festive celebration as if they'd just hit a shared ticket on the Mega Millions.

Ouch lol.
