thanks man.. i'll need it.. i have a half dozen ppl via email wanting the last 3 spots.. but i am afraid i am gonna piss them off by not "holding it".. i wish everyone used ICQ, then it would be instant and i wouldn't have to feel like a dork when it comes down to only having a few spots left...

(the issue is the concern about accidentally "overselling" due to email time lag, vs real time via ICQ)

when there are a ton of spots, it's not an issue, but when it gets down to the wire, icq makes it simple and quick (if everyone used it)
