Democrat Candidates Tax Plans...

After reading about their plans, I beleive Obama has a much greater chance of making things better.

Just what we need, a more complicated system.

His is the "simpler" of the 2. Both suck. The tax code is complicated enough. His is basic wealth re-distibution. That really doesn't end poverty. Hers is full of complicated credits that most won't take advantage of because it will be such a pain in the ass to figure out what you're entitled too. Is the IRS donating to both candidates? They must be loving these proposals. Audits for everyone!

retarded Bush did have it right when he said the tax code needed to be simplified. He then of course got tax codes passed that ADDED a 6th bracket up from 5. Doesn't surprise me he doesn't know that SIMPLIFY should have meant FEWER brackets not more. Three brackets is all we need. You are either RICH, POOR or somewhere in between. Fuck all these credits too. Why not just make the rates lower to begin with and you wouldn't need credits. People just cheat to get them anyways.

EARNED income tax credit is a credit you get when you fail to earn enough income. Does that even make sense?

Sure it?s only 3/4 of a trillion dollars in new social programs they each need to fund so they have to tax someone to achieve there dream of a Marxist style of government. Each ones new additions to the current budget would tip at around $773 billion for Clinton and $840 billion for Obama per fiscal year on top of what is being spent now. But you know, 3/4 of a trillion here and 3/4 of a trillion there, and pretty soon you?re talking about real money.

Get us out of Iraq and we will have lots of money to spend on our own people. Of course now we will have a whole new generation of war hero's that are gonna need mental health, but what the fuck it was worth it....right?

So you save $12 Billion or so, thats nothing when your talking about $700-800 billion in new additions to social programs.

The tax system needs to be basic, simple, fair, easily understood and no more than 10 pages. Tax day also needs to be changed to coincide with state and federal election day.

You are dreaming if you think ANY CANDIDATE is going to get us out of Iraq anytime soon.

I am fairly certain that regardless of which of the three wins the IRS will be focusing in on and hunting down hidden money and really focusing on anything coming from or going offshore. They have even been throwing around estimated numbers in regards to their share of money that has yet to be taxed.
