Kiev is going to be too expensive. First time I have been in Kiev in 1996. Wow...!!! A lot of pretty girls for little money. Even in 2003/2004 it was no problem to get girls for a minimum wage. But since the "Orange Revolution" prices really exploded. Most of the girls know how much they are worth or overrate themselve (and you will feel it in your budget)...
