I got many bad ones, but hey.. get what you pay for I guess.

Apart from the duck egg - most of them are very nice people. And can work hard.

I had a great lady from the Philippines work with me for awhile, and still does from time to time.

She's hardworking, following directions well, and finishes projects in a timely manner.

Which is much more than I can say for some of my fellow Americans that I have hired to do work.

Totally disagree, it comes down to the person(s). I have 2 subcontractors from Manila that have been working for more for 2 years straight. Always polite, respectful and a great work ethic. More than I can say about the majority of American subcontractors I've hired at the same skill level.

Go fuck yourself.

No one will respect your time unless you pay them piecework and set firm deadlines, I would never pay someone for a months work that I couldn't watch do the work for the whole month.
