Since the Merger, Did You Lose Your Rebills with Penthouse?
 

I don't know about this merger. I used to like the way penthouse partners ran before adult friend finder got involved. I love the NATS tracking they used and Michael Plant was an awesome affiliate manager.

Now that the new affiliate program is in place, it seems like I lost all of my rebills.

What's up with that?

Has anyone else experienced this?

have you checked AFF under the Penthouse program or are you using penthouse directly?

I'm using both affiliate sites and they both aren't showing my rebills. The new site is showing my stats in terms of traffic, but no freaking rebills. I've been promoting penthouse for a while and I know for a fact that I must have at least one rebill.

Does AFF Show Rebill Stats ????????????? Sorry I stopped promoting them :) :)

Alright, big ups to Penthouse for fixing the rebill issue. Now I'm able to see all my rebills on the new penthouse partners site.

On a different note, I agree with Nurgle about the new tracking system. Before when they used NATS you could see the keyword that got you the sale from PPC. All you had to do was click on the referring url, and bang! It would take you to the search term used in the search engine. Now you can't see anything.

I know the program will have a few glitches here and there, that's what usually happens when there's a big merger. Hopefully, they'll implement something where you can track the url string that got you a sale.

You can use subids in our system. Not the same but should help you track your keywords. Let me know if you need help with that.

Personally, I find the new stats setup woefully inadequate to the point you can't even see which gallery URL's converted (to determine which template performs best); you cannot see which site performs best, which search engine, or even bookmark conversions. You are given virtually no useful information whatsoever.

All you have a summary of stats that combines everything, with no breakdowns of anything -- which is essentially useless.

While I understand there are going to be bumps in the road, I'm admittedly disappointed with the new Penthouse rollout thus far.
